Scott Pritchard

Scott Pritchard founded Compass Process Servers in February 2008. With a handful of clients he had recruited in the legal community in Bell County, Texas, he developed a reputation of getting the job done on time and without issues. He began getting calls from large out-to-area process serving companies and soon began to build his clientele, and his reputation. He soon took the company from a sole practitioner to the largest Process Serving company in Central Texas. His vision included expanding beyond the local area, and has overseen the growth to a company with 7 offices statewide and a network of partnered process servers nationwide.

Frank Pritchard, a retired Non-Commissioned Officer and Vietnam Veteran, joined his son in Compass Process Servers in March 2009. During his tenure, he has overseen the expansion of service areas and acquisition of new clients statewide and nationally. He served as General Manager of Central Texas Operations and assisted with the expansion to our 2nd office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He expanded to the Greater Houston area, including Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Galveston Counties. Expansion efforts also went to Austin, McKinney, Fort Worth, Prosper, Texas. Future areas he is working on are for Tyler, Midland and El Paso.

Heidi is a certified Process Server and over sees the operations and personnel in our main office and data center. She is responsible for customer service and customer relations. She supervises our staff in the main office. She is the person most clients will talk to when calling in to the office. She oversees our Accounts Receivable and billing operations, as well as Accounts Payable. Directly supervises our local process servers.
